Terms of sale

These terms apply to the sale of soaap. brand products by SIA SAA (Reg. No. 50203784481, Aptiekas iela 12, Daugavpils, LV-5418, Latvia), the “Seller”.

1. Orders

Orders can be placed through the website form or by writing to contact@soaap.eu. An order is binding once the Seller confirms it and issues an invoice.

2. Prices

Prices are given in euro in the Seller's offer and invoice. If the Seller is registered for VAT, VAT is added in line with the law.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, goods are shipped after payment is received.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered within Latvia. Delivery cost and time are stated in the offer. Risk passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the Buyer or their authorised person.

5. Acceptance and claims

The Buyer must inspect the goods on receipt and note visible damage on the delivery note. Quality claims must be sent in writing to contact@soaap.eu within 5 working days of receipt.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal

If the Buyer is a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance, they may withdraw within 14 days under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law. This does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

7. Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, they are heard by the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia.
